Lying Computer Chair — Modding corps IN WIN

When health problems began to seriously detract from the work (which, in fact, has created these problems;-), I had to rethink the organization of the workplace. The first and most important change - a complete rejection of sedentary working posture. Whatever may be convenient chair - the load on the spine in this position was well tolerated only in his youth. And it is exclusively due to interruptions in the work;-)). On the other hand working with a computer lying - too uncomfortable. And on the back (quite impossible to use the keyboard), and on the abdomen - the head itself did not hold, and any cushion immediately spoil the person's face;-)).

In the remote Argentine Pampas you can find an incredible forest formed in the shape of a guitar. More than 35 years ago, Pedro Ureta unexpectedly lost his wife to a brain aneurysm.

Devastated by the loss of his love, he decided to create a shrine to her memory in their field that could only be seen above-head from an airplane. Ureta chose a guitar because it was his late wife’s most loved instrument.

26 Of The Most Creative Cakes That Are Too Cool To Eat

Our clan is mostly a family of builders and cooks. About half of us are in the construction industry. I myself am interested in creating DIY furniture, and I can say that I have the characteristics of a builder :) Some on the other hand love cooking and baking. We all love to eat though – but who doesn’t?!

One day my aunt suggested a wonderful idea that would bring together our talents and passion – cake making! She said she could use our help in creating cakes that would be inspired by buildings and all other things that our clients would request. It would be just as fun as building scale models!

Right now we’re trying to learn by watching shows like Cake Boss, reading from the internet, buying a few books and practicing little by little. We’ve also browsed the web for some inspiring cake designs, and it got us even more excited to make our own!

The Phantom Church

Reading between the lines is the new proposal from the Belgian duo Gijs Van Vaerenbergh. This group comprised Pieterjan designers Gijs (Leuven, 1983) and Arnout Van Vaerenbergh (Leuven, 1983) specializes in playing with shapes and geometries applied in architecture.

The installation consists of a church made from a wood frame - plates placed horizontally - it seems to disappear in certain angles. As the viewer up the hill and his range of vision rises from a certain angle, the structure seems to fade as the pictures show. Change starts being gradual, starting from the base to the structure appears to be composed of floating points.
