The first and most important change - a complete rejection of sedentary working posture. Whatever may be convenient chair - the load on the spine in this position was well tolerated only in his youth. And it is exclusively due to interruptions in the work;-)). On the other hand working with a computer lying - too uncomfortable. And on the back (quite impossible to use the keyboard), and on the abdomen - the head itself did not hold, and any cushion immediately spoil the person's face;-)). 

In general, it was necessary to look for something in between. Actually it was not necessary to look specifically - sunbeds are known for a long time, and a bed with a variable geometry also did not appear yesterday. Another question - they do not fit for the job! That, generally speaking, is amazing. Apparently humanity so much accustomed to separate work from the rest, that no one until now it never had the idea to combine business with pleasure;-))      

Something tells me that to claim the laurels of a pioneer in this matter is hardly worth it, but nevertheless Search results ready solutions gave (or rather strangled toad give 4 pieces bucks for steep freaks Swiss beds;-)). In general, had to take up a pencil and draw the right solution on paper. After that, go to the nearest hardware store for the workpieces, and change for a while the mouse on a hacksaw. Since no scientific materials on ergonomics sunbeds could not be found, I was forced to greatly simplify the design with the aim to work out the most convenient options for poses. Materials used also, naturally, very simple. In the end, after all the experiments, there was this: The entire construction cost only a couple with a small thousand rubles, and on chipboard can save much if you use the remains of furniture from the nearest trash. For the left armrest use a piece of foam rubber to the right was made ​​by a small box, which also lies foam cushions. 

The space underfoot itself begs for placing it in the desktop computer chassis. But then I realized that it would be correct to make this place a big box with foam sheathing him inside and just lay there stuffing computer. And that was done. The only trick box that the side walls of a couple of centimeters below the carrier - thereby providing ventilation. The disadvantage operation revealed only two. Firstly, the time gaps. Type of work and work hard, and then suddenly wake up and see that the hour hand suddenly jumped on a couple of divisions;-))). However, on the face of the person when it is not normal for such a case fingerprint keyboard;-)) And secondly, somewhat uncomfortable (and reluctance;-) get out of the sun loungers. But this deficiency is treated with feet in height and twenty centimeters. While on the other hand, the extra load on the body and so lazy not hurt him;-)
