The twirled spiral skyscraper, impresses and is admired by ordinary citizens. In its filling, the building is a residential complex with apartments placed here, offices, conference room, jacuzzi, gym and its own wine cellar. As for design, it is a complex system consisting of nine blocks pentagonal shape, they have 5 floors. These segments are strung on a single powerful core and bonded to each other steel framing farm.
That would give the form of dynamics, the blocks are rotated relative to each other facing clockwise. As a result of this "twist" is formed by a spiral, where the upper tier is rotated relative to the lower floor to 90 degrees. "Twisted Torso" - became a kind of Sweden starting point for the development of the construction industry of the area, and the implementation of such a complex and unique project showed worldwide technological capabilities ultramodern construction.
